My Pc With All My Files just broke down on me
i called the tech support and they said it was a power supply failure
sooo now i've lost all data on my pc
looks like the gunz pserver will have to wait
and also i have to get back all my games
im currently on a friends pc
this will explain why im away from the site

that sure sucks
but i think u can restore ya files with recuva program(and what does power supply failure has anything to do with data loss ¬¬ did ya format it after?) _________________ Aahhhhh the internet, where the men are men, the women are men, and the children are FBI agents. |

just because your power supply took a crap doesnt mean you lost all your data from your hard drive(s). if a tech told you that all your data is gone because of the power supply he's giving you a load of shit.
there are many data recovery programs available on the internet IF you did lose data. some are free, some you gotta pay for. but they work. I'd just get a new power supply and see what happens with that before you do anything to the hard drive(s). _________________ *syk`CarnageHeart farts

im on my cousins laptop
while yess you are right while the power supply was not supposed to have anything to do with the hard drive. the problem was that when it burned out it also fried my mother board. i can't get my files back and they are replacing my mother board too. soo right now i ask if the can rebuild my computer to match that as a gaming pc since i recently purchased a nVidia G-Force Graphics card
and i don't trust the internet with restoring data
